Ward Center Honolulu City Lights Trolley Tour
It is a low cost tour that leaves the word warehouse. The illumination of the city hall and down town is seen getting on Torore and it turns. The time required is about 30 minutes because there is no stopover. If it is this, it is safer that there is not time either.
